    TransGo's inception began decades ago with the pioneering Research, Engineering and Manufacturing of the industries first and original "Problem Solving" Automatic Transmission kits/parts.

    In 1959 Gil Younger the "Founder of TransGo®", released to repair shops the laminated Dynaflow pump plate. Three years later in 1962 TransGo® released the first and original "Shift Kit®" for the Ford 2 Speed.

    Recognized and Trusted by Mechanics World Wide TransGo® continues to the present day at the forefront in development of "Problem Solving" Automatic Transmission parts.

     In 2009 TransGo® celebrated over 50 years of dedicated service to the Automatic Transmission Industry.
